The terms you agree to when you use MonkDeal to browse, order or sell.

Using MonkDeal
- By browsing or ordering on MonkDeal you accept these terms.
- You must be able to enter into a binding contract to place an order, and the details you give us must be accurate.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
Products, prices and availability
- Prices, offers and stock are shown live and can change at any time before you place an order.
- The amount shown on the checkout summary is the amount you pay. That figure — not any figure quoted elsewhere on the site — is authoritative.
- Product images are indicative. Packaging, weight bands and batch details can differ from the photograph.
- If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the delivery address is outside our service area, the item is out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
- Cancellation and refund rights are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Marketplace sellers
- Some listings are sold by independent shops registered on MonkDeal. Those listings show the seller's shop name.
- For a marketplace order, the seller is responsible for the goods and for packing them accurately. MonkDeal operates the platform and arranges delivery.
- Sellers must list only goods they are entitled to sell, describe them accurately, and keep prices and stock current. Listings that a customer sees or pays for are reviewed before they go live.
- We can suspend a seller account or remove a listing that breaches these terms.
Delivery partners
- Delivery partners must complete verification before taking orders and must keep their account details current.
- The handover OTP must be collected only when the order is actually handed to the customer.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person's account or data, scrape the site at scale, or use MonkDeal for anything unlawful.
- Content you submit — reviews, product photos, support messages — must be yours to submit and must not be misleading or offensive.
Liability
- We take care to keep MonkDeal accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes and governing law
- We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
